  1. This site is an interesting, practical summary of the possibilities for support of mental health today.  As a person who was raised in the “stiff upper lip” generation, the supports and tools outlined in the article are amazing.  The most important aspect for me was discussed toward the end of the article.  Virtual meetings and online forums and medical assistant are very important.  Devices that track stress, body rhythms. etc were discussed pointing out that these allow everything from oxygen levels to blood pressure to be monitored anytime and anywhere.  For me, the discussion of virtual reality and AI for mental health support is the most foreign.  This article explained these concepts openly and directly.  Tools for support for mental health have such a range, as reviewed by this article, that personal need and preference can be accomodated in a way not know years ago.

  2. Mental health and awareness of it is such a huge topic these days. Millions of people suffer silently and even their own families are unaware that there is a problem.

Tech that can help with mental health issues is most welcome. One problem though is that people become obsessed with the tech and begin to rely on it too much.

    It’s an interesting topic!

  3. I am not sure if mental health has only recently become such a big thing and more people than ever are battling, or if it has always been around but has been ignored in the past as not important.

It is great to know that it is taken a lot more seriously nowadays and there are so many tools available to people in the form of technology. A lot of people don’t want to visit professionals, so this offers a way for people to help themselves if they can.

  4. Such an interesting topic. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I find it fascinating how far tech and AI have come today especially in the field of mental wellness. It certainly has created a safe space for people seeking help on this topic and opened up many doors of digital communities.

Could you suggest any specific apps relating to this?

  5. This article does a fantastic job of exploring how technology is transforming mental wellness through mobile apps, AI-driven tools, VR experiences, and wearables. I found the section on wearable tech particularly insightful, especially how these devices track stress and encourage self-awareness. It’s interesting to think about how deeply tech can now personalize mental health support. I’m curious, what do you think are the biggest challenges in making these mental health tools more accessible and user-friendly?
